Building a custom home is a big project....Building a custom home in a remote mountain location in the Boise Forest is a HUGE project...Building a Dream Home in the forest on a ridge top with on tight budget is virtually impossible..... But Cody and his team of dedicated professionals accomplished the impossible.....Yes there where challenges, but Cody was honest, diligent, and trustworthy.....We have our Dream Home, that is beyond expectation.....and a New Friend......

Cody and his team are trustworthy and reliable. They do what they say they will do. Cody works hard to keep costs down while keeping quality high. We knew ahead of time what would be happening. There were no surprises on our big build. Cody is a straight shooter. He tells it like it is and asks for you to do the same. He was very easy to work with on our big, complicated project. We will call on him again.

Cody with Perfection Construction has done extensive work for myself and other members of my family and he is without question my go to contractor for everything from now on. I've had a lot of different construction projects over the years and it can be difficult to find a reliable person or company to work with - Cody is the kind of contractor everyone hopes they get when they hire a professional. He's a perfectionist and his quality of work shows it.

I’m the owner of a local Realty company in the valley. I have worked with builders from new meadows and Mccall to twin fall. In all of my time in Real Estate I have never run into anyone who builds a better product than Cody. I think one of the best referrals you can give is the one that you personally use. I wouldn’t let anyone in this state build a custom home for my family, or my clients, except Cody. You can expect, quality, attention to detail, VISION, and professionalism no matter what he tackles for you!
